Hello readers! You’ve landed at stop 12 along the Primary Powers blog hop! This month, we’ve teamed up with GoNoodle to bring you our most favorite ideas on how to use GN in your classroom too! But what’s a blog hop without a few giveaways?! 26 to be exact…YOU ARE GOING TO LOVE THEM ALL!
Today, wanted to share with you some of my favorite ways to use GoNoodle in the classroom. I use brain breaks with my 3rd graders for some extra fun motivation! Here’s one of my littles jammin’ to some Zumba Kids!
My 3rd graders work really hard throughout the day…specifically during the morning ELA block. We’ve got ELA instruction and ELA centers from 9-10:40 am…now that’s a LONG learning block! So, to get my littles to show me their personal best during that whole time, I motivate them with some brain breaks along the way.
This is Bart Reynolds…our GoNoodle champ! We helps our class track their progress and gives us funny jokes and tips along the way!
The Zumba Kids dance videos are my kids FAVE! I make sure to reward hard work with some fun dance moves! That way, I get more on-task time and happier students. It’s a win-win!
Starting on Cyber Monday, GoNoodle is also offering all Primary Powers readers 30% purchases from the GoNoodle Shop through December 8! Use the code POWERS30 at checkout to receive the discount PLUS a special gift from GoNoodle and Primary Powers. In addition to new t-shirts, tumblers, and other goodies for GoNoodling teachers, you can purchase affordable, pre-wrapped gift packs for students to bring a little GoNoodle love to your classroom this holiday.
And now for the fun giveaway part! I get to give one sweet follower a WHOLE CLASS SET of activity books! My kids would seriously go bonkers over these! They’re filled with tons of pages featuring their favorite GN champs. :)
